- Fat disintegration. Fat loss pills are commercially available that inhibit the digestive enzymes that break down fat, preventing it from being absorbed by the body. These pills are only given to people who have a BMI of at least 28 and have been unable to lose weight through lifestyle changes such as changing diet and increased physical activity.
Are They Safe?
The safest and most effective way to use fat loss supplements is to take them every day for a short period as directed ( around 2 to 6 weeks).
It is not advisable to use diet pills for an extended period. This is due to a lack of understanding about the long-term health effects of using weight loss pills.
They have the potential to cause issues that have not yet been recognized through lifestyle changes such as dietary changes and increased physical activity.
