Our refunds policy
We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with any of the products that you have purchased from Green Ginger Online you must return the item(s) to us, informing us in writing of your reasons for not being satisfied with the product.
If necessary, Green Ginger Online will contact the manufacturers on your behalf and investigate your complaint as quickly and efficiently as possible. We will keep you up to date and informed of our progress.
If an item is found to be damaged upon delivery it will be replaced by Green Ginger Online, but we may request that the damaged items be returned to us before issuing the replacement. You must inform us on 01249 716631 or via our CONTACT US page within 14 days of receiving your order if any of the items are damaged.
