Do all prices include Vat?

Yes, all our products shown are inclusive of tax where applicable.
If you have any further queries regarding this issue please do not hesitate to contact us.

 

Can I pay by cheque or postal order?

No,we do not accept cheques or Postal orders.

We would prefer you to register online with us and open an account, as payment is then secure and your goods can be sent to you almost immediately.
This also saves us administration time.

 

Can I pay by Credit, Debit or Switch card?

Yes, we accept most major credit and debit cards.We do not accept American Express.

 

What are your postage charges?

We operate a flat rate of £3.95 for all orders under 1200g. We charge for weights over 1200g using Royal Mail's postage calculator.  You will be made aware of this via email and we will let you know the cost before processing your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes,we will post worldwide. Current postage rates apply, we will notify you of the charge before debiting your card.

How can I check/change my order?

You can check your order before it has been finalised by clicking on 'Shopping Basket'. This will show you all the items in your order along with its sub total. You can change your order by changing the quantity of a product should you wish to have more or less. If you change the quantity of an item you must click on 'update' afterwards. e.g. if you do not want the product anymore enter a '0' into the box and click the update button.

 

What if I want a product you do not have on your website?

If you cannot find the product you want on our website please phone us on 01249 716631. We stock various companies in our store and are continually updating our website. If we get  frequent requests for certain items we will add them to our online store.
